Johnny Dossey

Johnny Dossey is an experienced executive in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Diamondback Energy since September 2018. In this role, Johnny oversees all midstream and marketing initiatives, contributes to ESG, and aids in business development and M&A projects. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Oil Marketing Manager at Diamondback, as well as Manager of Crude Oil Marketing and Senior Crude Oil Marketing Advisor at Concho. Johnny also held leadership roles at Western Refining, Calumet Specialty Products Partners, Montana Refining Company, and HollyFrontier Corporation, accumulating a breadth of experience in marketing, supply chain management, and business development. Johnny holds an MBA in Marketing/Management and a BBA in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
