Eric Andrews

Eric Andrews possesses extensive experience in information technology and customer support across various roles. Since October 2011, Eric has served as the Information Technology Manager and sole administrator at Diamondback Firearms, overseeing all IT needs for the company. Additionally, Eric has operated as a freelance computer consultant since March 2006, offering technical support and consultation services. Prior roles include Technical Support Representative at Pinar Elementary School, where Eric provided assistance to over 500 users and developed a student computer lab, and Guest Services Team Member at Target, focusing on customer service. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Eastern Florida State College and an Associate in Science from Valencia College, among other studies.
