Rodney Rhine is a seasoned Maintenance & Facilities Manager at Diamondback Industries, where responsibilities include managing a large manufacturing team, ensuring project logbook accuracy, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards through total productive maintenance and preventative measures. With a strong background in machining, previously serving as a Machinist and 2nd Shift Supervisor at Roden's All Star Machine Shop, Rodney has extensive experience operating CNC machines and conventional mills, training new hires, and overseeing operations. Prior to that, Rodney owned Double RR Welding, where business operations were managed alongside welding and machining tasks.
