Dan Gongloff has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. Dan currently works as the Director of Product Development at DiamondBack Covers since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at New Pig from April 2015 to September 2019, starting as a Product Development Engineer and eventually becoming a Senior Product Development Engineer. From July 2012 to April 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Amphenol Advanced Sensors (formerly GE Sensing), where their responsibilities included designing and launching new sensor opportunities within different markets. Before that, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer at Lumax Industries from November 2011 to July 2012, and a Technical Designer at First Quality from June 2007 to October 2011.

Dan Gongloff completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Aided Product Design, with a field of study in Mechanical Engineering Technology, from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Dan attended the college from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Dan obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Plastics and Polymer Technology from the same college, attending from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, attending from 2004 to 2006. Dan Gongloff also holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, which they obtained in July 2013.
