Morgan Forney

Morgan Forney has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Morgan is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at DiamondBack Covers since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Navigators from 2011 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Regional Director, Campus Director, and Collegiate Staff Training. Before that, they worked at CNH Industrial from 2006 to 2011, working as a Lab Test Engineer and later as a Field Test Engineer.

Morgan Forney attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
