Jeff Donnelly

Jeff Donnelly is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at DiamondRock Hospitality. Prior to joining DiamondRock, Jeff served on the Steering Committee for the Dividends Through Diversity and Inclusion Initiative at Nareit from March 2020 to December 2020. The industry initiative was created to promote the recruitment, inclusion and advancement of women, African Americans, and members of other diverse groups in REITs and the broader commercial real estate industry.

From January 2014 to August 2019, Jeff was a member of Nareit's Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. The Council served as an advisory body to Nareit's leadership and staff on a variety of research and investor outreach related activities. Nareit's Investor Outreach Program includes education and related initiatives pertaining to defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, investment managers and providers, financial intermediaries and, more recently, global investors. Likewise, Nareit's Research Program develops and sponsors a broad array of research analyses and materials to support the association's education initiatives with respect to today's diverse audience of investment organizations.

Jeff has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years and has held various positions at several companies. Jeff has a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning. Under their guidance, DiamondRock Hospitality has been able to weather the COVID-19 pandemic relatively unscathed.

Jeff Donnelly has a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a certification in Negotiation Skills for Real Estate Executives from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jeff is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants and a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute. Jeff has Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Their manager is Mark W. Brugger, President & CEO. They are on a team with Briony R. Quinn - Senior Vice President And Treasurer, William J. Tennis - Executive Vice President, General Counsel And Corporate Secretary, and Thomas Healy - COO & EVP Asset Management.
