Tamir Shkargi

Tamir Shkargi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Tamir began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, serving as a Staff Sergeant and Squad Commander in the Reconnaissance Company from August 2005 to October 2008. Following this, they joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel as a Security Specialist from January 2010 to June 2012, where they were responsible for developing security protocols and maintaining existing procedures in the position of Security Specialist-I.S.A. Tamir then moved on to the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where they served as a Security Specialist and Team Leader from July 2012 to December 2016. In this role, they developed security protocols, organized counterintelligence for both foreign and domestic travel, and compiled threat data and intelligence files.

Tamir'smost recent role was at Diamonds Direct, where they held positions of increasing responsibility. Tamir started as the General Manager, overseeing the opening of the first Diamonds Direct store in Frisco, Texas, in April 2017. Tamir managed the construction, recruitment, hiring, and training of all new employees. Tamir then went on to become the Vice President of Diamonds Direct. In this role, they opened the first Diamonds Direct store in the Houston metro area and oversaw all aspects of the opening. Tamir was responsible for customer experience, revenue growth, strategic business planning, sales management, employee recruitment and training, new business development, budget management, and market and trend analysis. Tamir also handled new store construction and sales forecasting.

Tamir Shkargi attended Ono Academic College from 2013 to 2016 and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Information Systems.
