Laurel Bancroft

Laurel Bancroft currently serves as the Head of Practice Design & Development at Diana Health, where responsibilities include leading comprehensive site development and launching clinics across multiple states. In addition to this role, Laurel holds the position of Principal at Bancroft Strategy & Design Services. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Studio Operations at Portrait, overseeing the lifecycle of Portrait Studios, and Global Head of Design Product Management at WeWork, where Laurel established a project management team and developed new customer offerings. Additional roles encompassed Senior Design Director and Design Director at WeWork, Project Manager and Project Designer at Vocon, Project Architect at Conant Architects, and Continuing Studies Faculty at The Art Institute of Chicago. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
