Lauren Whalen

Lauren Whalen is an accomplished human resources and operations leader with extensive experience in retail and wellness sectors. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Diana Health, Lauren previously held a senior role at Clean Market as VP Operations and Head of People, successfully overseeing company-wide recruiting, benefits, and culture while facilitating the launch of multiple locations. Prior roles include Director of Operations at The Class, Executive Assistant at Your Healthiest You, and Retail Director at KREWE, where Lauren established flagship stores and enhanced operational foundations. Lauren began the career at Anthropologie, rising to Store Manager, and holds an Associate degree in Visual Communications from FIDM, along with certification in Reiki.
