Lexi Mele-Algus

Lexi Mele-Algus has worked in the healthcare industry since 2008. Lexi began their career as an Intern Consultant at the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship in 2008. In 2009, they became an Analyst at Huron. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Consultant at Vivaldi Partners Group. From 2014 to 2018, they held various roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Senior Consultant, Senior Managerial Consultant, and Managerial Consultant. In 2018, they became Senior Manager of Member Experience at One Medical. Currently, they are the Chief Product Officer and Head of Product at Diana Health.

Lexi Mele-Algus obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a BBA in Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2005 and 2009.
