Jane Chao

Jane Chao has served as a Director since February 2023. She has over 15 years of experience in shipping as she has served as a director of Wah Kwong Shipping Holdings Limited since 2008. Ms. Jane Chao is the managing director of Wah Kwong China Investment which includes residential and commercial properties as well as hospitality businesses in Shanghai and Wuxi. Ms. Chao has founded her own art consultancy company Galerie Huit and lifestyle gallery Maison Huit in 2009 and recently, the non-profit Chao-Lee Art Foundation in 2022. She has also served as a Council Member for Changing Young Lives Foundation helping underprivileged children in Hong Kong and China from 2014 to 2020.
