completed schooling from St. Paul's School, Darjeeling and a Commerce Graduate from Lucknow University having 35 years of experience in Tea Industry.He has worked in Dooars, Darjeeling and Assam having a good exposure to the best grown areas in North-East India in both Orthodox and CTC Teas.He has been involved in Large scale development programme for the estates-keeping a balance of current and future needs for sustainability of the estates. Mr. Roy joined the Company in the year 2020 and serving as the Senior Manager of the Company's Baintgoorie Tea Estate.
