Nayan has worked in various roles such as Head of Production at KGK Group, Manufacturing Operations Manager at P N Shah Diamond manufacturing company, and Manufacturing Specialist at Shrenuj and Co Ltd. Nayan also holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from P.S.G.V.P Engineering Collage.
