Andrea Giubboni

Andrea Giubboni has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Andrea is currently the Corporate Vice President & Group Controller at DiaSorin, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Luminex CFO - VP Group Controller at Luminex Corporation - A DiaSorin Company from September 2021 to September 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they held the position of Group Controller - Corporate VP at DiaSorin. Before joining DiaSorin, Andrea worked as the Finance Director at Whirlpool EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) from November 2014 to May 2015. Andrea also held various finance director roles at Indesit Company, including Finance Director Russia and Republics from October 2012 to October 2014, Finance Director UK and Ireland from March 2008 to November 2012, and Group Accounting Director from October 2003 to February 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief of Internal Audit at Indesit Company from May 2001 to September 2003. Andrea started their career as a Corporate Finance Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance from May 2000 to May 2001 and later served as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Italy from September 1995 to May 2000. Andrea holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universita' degli Studi di Perugia. Before their career in finance, Andrea served as a Carabiniere in the Arma dei Carabinieri from August 1992 to August 1993.

Andrea Giubboni earned a Laurea degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università degli Studi di Perugia between 1988 and 1994.
