Sven Havelius

Sven Havelius has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over 14 years. Sven'smost recent role is Director of Compensation & Benefits at Diaverum, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, Sven worked at AkzoNobel as a Rewards Manager Nordics from September 2018 to September 2021. Sven also had several roles at European Spallation Source ERIC, including Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Group Leader General HR & Deputy Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and HR Administrator General HR, from 2011 to 2018. Sven began their career as an HR Assistant and later became an HR Generalist at Samsung Electronics Nordic AB from 2007 to 2009.

Sven Havelius has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended Gymnasieskolan Spyken and obtained a High School degree in Economics in 2000. Sven then enrolled at Linnaeus University from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a Program for System Analysis. In 2003, Sven attended Lund University, focusing on the study of English for a brief period. In 2004, they obtained a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, from 2004 to 2006, Sven attended Uppsala University, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
