Danijela R. has extensive work experience in the travel industry. Danijela started their career at Jat Airways in 2003, where they worked as a Senior Sales Specialist Revenue Accounting/Control BSP Agents in Serbia and Montenegro until 2008. Danijela then joined Air Serbia, where they held various roles including Reservation Help Desk from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Air Serbia in roles such as Control Desk Specialist, Group Desk, Duty & Staff Travel, and Worldwide sales support. Their most recent position was at DIB Travel, where they worked as a Travel Support Agent starting in November 2022.

Danijela R. attended the Belgrade Business School - Higher Education School For Applied Studies from 1999 to 2002. During their time there, they obtained a degree in Marketing and Trade as an Economist.
