Ivan Djordjevic has over 14 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Ivan began their career in 2007 as a Receptionist at Hotel LE PETIT PIAF in Belgrade. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Travel House in various roles, including Project Manager - E-Media & Communication, Branch Manager, and Sales Agent. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Qatar Airways as a Senior Reservation and Ticketing Agent and a Reservation and Ticketing Agent. Most recently, they began working at DIB Travel in 2021 as the Head of Customer Support and a Travel Support Team Lead. In their roles, they have been responsible for overseeing customer support services, providing framework for team members, optimizing revenue and costs, managing successful coordination between departments, and assisting passengers with reservations and tickets.
