Jelena Marković

Jelena Marković has been in the travel industry since 2013, starting as an Airline Reservation and Ticketing Agent at Impala Travel Belgrade. In 2019, they returned to DIB Travel as a Travel Support Agent, a role they held until 2021 when they joined Roaming Networks as a Human Resources Operations Specialist and Logistics Specialist. In 2022, they returned to DIB Travel as a Travel Support Agent.

Jelena Marković completed their Master's degree in Jelena'story from the University of Belgrade in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Third Belgrade Grammar School from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from Amadeus in October 2013: an Amadeus Functionality Course and an Amadeus Introductory Course.
