Maja Stojanović

Maja Stojanović has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and social work. In 2021, they worked as a Social Worker at the Humanitarna organizacija "Dečje srce", where they provided psychological and social support to children and adolescences with disabilities and their families. Maja assessed clients' needs and created individualized plans to improve their well-being. Maja also undertook assessments, offered information and support, and maintained professional relationships. Additionally, they worked as a Licensed Personal Assistant, planning and implementing activities based on the child's individual needs and assisting them during class.

In 2022 and 2023, Maja held roles as a People and Culture Junior Generalist and Human Resources Assistant at DIB Travel and Northprim. In these positions, they managed the end-to-end international recruitment process for various tech roles, such as Java, Angular, Flutter, .Net, React, Angular, Node.js, and Vue. Maja sourced candidates through recruitment tools, conducted interviews using various selection methods, and made job offers. Maja demonstrated expertise in attracting top talent and ensuring candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Maja Stojanović has a diverse education history. Maja obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Belgrade from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of Belgrade from 2016 to 2020. In 2018 to 2019, Maja pursued Women's Studies at the Women's Studies Center, Faculty of Political Sciences. Maja started their academic journey at the Sixth Belgrade Grammar School from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on Humanities/Humanistic studies.

Additionally, Maja has acquired several certifications to enhance their skillset. In October 2022, they completed the EuroPride Volunteering Academy offered by Belgrade Pride. The year before, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Human Resources: Job Structure and Design from LinkedIn. Maja also obtained a license as a Licensed Personal Assistant from the humanitarian organization "Dečje srce" in March 2021. In 2019, Maja completed a certification in Writing Projects (basic level) provided by the NGO "Let's go...". Lastly, in 2018, they participated in the "Projekat ,,Mogu da neću” - rodno zasnovano nasilje i zaštita žrtava porodičnog nasilja" offered by the Autonomni ženski centar.
