Elisabeth Darius

Elisabeth Darius currently serves as HR-chef at Dibber Sverige since June 2022. Prior to this role, Elisabeth held various positions at SIS, Swedish Standards Institute, including Head of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the HR department and developing processes for recruitment, onboarding, competency supply, workplace environment, compensation and benefits, employer branding, goal management, and employee engagement surveys. Elisabeth also contributed as an Administrative Chef and Acting CEO, leading management work and representing SIS in public engagements. Elisabeth's career includes a role as Development Chef at TRR Trygghetsrådet, where methods for effective transition work were developed, and positions at Öresund Invest A/S and financial institutions. Elisabeth holds a postgraduate diploma in Career Counselling and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
