Vicki Thomas

Vicki Thomas has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Superintendent of Diboll Independent School District since 2017. Previous roles include Superintendent of Schools at Fayetteville Public Schools from 2009 to 2014, and Deputy Superintendent at Pasadena Independent School District from 1995 to 2009. Vicki also held the positions of Associate Superintendent for Campus Planning & Development, Principal at Tegler High School & Career Center, and Principal at George Thompson Intermediate School, along with serving as Assistant Principal and Social Studies Teacher at V.W. Miller Intermediate School. Vicki holds a Superintendent's Certification and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
