Field Gibson

Field Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Field began their career in 1977 as a Field Agent at Guardian Life Insurance. In 1996, they joined DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance Brokers, LLC, where they held various roles such as Sales and Risk Management, and currently serves as Vice President. Additionally, they worked as a Business Insurance Broker & Risk Manager at DiBuduo and DeFendis Insurance Brokers LLC. Field also served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Paso Robles starting in 2020. Field was previously a School Board Member for the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District from 2010 to 2018. Lastly, they served as the Race Director for Wine Vine Run from 2009 to 2012.

Field Gibson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Field also holds additional certifications including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, Certified Risk Manager from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, and Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College of Financial Services.
