Steven Vaughan

Steven Vaughan is the Vice President of Operations at DICA Electronics, where they lead a team of 65 employees in manufacturing medium volume complex electronics assemblies. With extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, including roles at Nortel Networks as a NPI Project Manager and Manufacturing Manager, Steven has a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing complexities in both commercial and aerospace electronics. In addition to their professional work, they serve as a Volunteer Director for Family and Children's Services of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, having held various leadership roles within the organization. Steven earned a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Waterloo.
