John Paule

John Paule is an accomplished leader and director with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic oversight across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Director on the Board of Directors at DICA USA, Paule has also been an Independent Director at OXEN Technology since 2014, where contributions include developing governance practices for key committees. Involved with Iowa State University since 2010, Paule plays a crucial role in the advisory board for the Department of Computer Science, focusing on accreditation and departmental outcomes. Additional roles include serving as a Director on the Board of the Homesteaders Life Company, where Paule chairs the Investments Committee and has previously chaired the Audit Committee.
