Darivette Miranda-Capella

Darivette Miranda-Capella is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Financial Controller for DICE since November 2021, Darivette has also held roles as Financial Controller and Sr. Accountant, overseeing financial operations across the US, Canada, and Germany. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Accountant at Teads, where responsibilities encompassed intercompany account reconciliations among 18 subsidiaries and comprehensive bookkeeping tasks. Darivette began the career as an Accounting Assistant at Rich and Bander, LLP, focusing on financial statement analysis and tax forms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus and a summer course in Beginner French Grammar and Phonetics from La Sorbonne University in Paris.
