Clifford Dice has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Clifford started their career as an Alum & Mag Welder at Aerospace America in 1979. Clifford then worked as a Computer Programmer at Dow Corning from 1980 to 1983, followed by a similar role at Dow Chemical from 1983 to 1985. In 1985, Clifford became the CEO and President of DICE Corporation, a position they still hold. In 2013, they co-founded IPtelX and in 2015, they founded Venture6 Studio. Clifford also founded MoonShadow Equestrian Center in 2018, which they ran until 2019. Additionally, they founded Meadow Ridge Farm & Supply in 2019, a leading wood broker for treated fencing in the United States and Canada.

From 1979 to 1980, Clifford attended Delta College and pursued a degree in Welding & Metallurgy Engineering Controls, focusing on Engineering.

From 1980 to 1982, Clifford continued their education at Delta College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree. During this time, they studied Computer Programming & Design, Management & Computer Systems, and Accounting & Finance.

From 1982 to 1984, Clifford attended Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Clifford'sfield of study included Business, Accounting & Finance, as well as Economics & Political Science.

Apart from their academic achievements, Clifford has also obtained a certification as a Commercial IFR Multi-Engine Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
