Carlos Arévalo

Carlos Arévalo possesses extensive experience in international trade consulting and legal counsel, currently serving as the Managing Director of International Trade Consulting and Litigation at Dicex International, Inc. since 1998. Certified by The State Bar of Texas in 2015 and authorized to provide legal services on Mexican laws, Carlos specializes in customs and international trade law. In addition to their role at Dicex, Carlos is the Managing Director of International Consulting at Mexbuy and a Professor of Law at Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, where teaching focuses on legal methodology, customs law, fiscal law, and international trade. Carlos earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School and holds various degrees in law from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
