Kaitlyn Graden

Kaitlyn Graden has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kaitlyn started their career as a Leasing Professional at Greystar, where they participated in the Greystar Graduate Program and was responsible for conducting outreach marketing and creating content for social media platforms. Kaitlyn then worked as a Credit Services Representative II at Bank of America, managing a portfolio of Auto/RV and Marine dealers and handling invoice processing and issue resolution. Kaitlyn later joined Bank OZK as an Analyst in Asset Management, where they managed a portfolio of loans and assisted with underwriting and loan modifications. Kaitlyn also worked as a Freelance Marketer for Miss America, where they developed a custom website and launched social media platforms. Kaitlyn then joined Orangetheory Fitness as a Sales Associate, where they achieved sales goals, created engaging social media content, and provided training to team members. Kaitlyn'smost recent role was as a Realtor/Broker at Keller Williams Realty, where they created marketing content, managed their personal website, and distributed white papers. Currently, they are working as a Marketing/Nonprofit Coordinator at Dickens Mitchener Residential Real Estate.

Kaitlyn Graden attended East Carolina University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Public Relations. In February 2022, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the NC Real Estate Commission.
