Madeline Hughes is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in real estate, design, and marketing. Currently serving as a REALTOR®/BROKER at Dickens Mitchener Residential Real Estate since July 2022, Madeline previously owned and designed for elle + j, a jewelry line that evolved from trunk shows to national wholesale orders. Additional experience includes roles as Design Assistant & Office Manager at Crandall Haus, Director of Marketing Business Development at Charlotte Skin & Laser, Marketing Coordinator at Charlotte Radiology, and a teaching assistant at Elon University. Madeline holds a BA in Communications from Elon University and completed earlier education at Providence Day School.
