Michelle Beamon

Michelle Beamon, MBA, currently serves as the Account Director at Dickies® since June 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions such as Head of Merchandising and Procurement at WNDR Museum and Director of Purchasing at Shipton's Big R. A seasoned professional in retail and merchandising, Michelle's experience includes various senior buyer roles at Blain's Farm & Fleet and a range of buyer positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibility included managing key product categories and leading cross-functional teams. Michelle's earlier career included roles in retail management and operations, as well as service in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician/Watch Supervisor. Michelle holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising Management from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago.
