Tobin Clark

Tobin Clark has extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, having served as Retired Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. since December 2005. Prior to this role, Tobin was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at IMCO Recycling Inc., the world’s largest recycler of aluminum, in 2003. From 1989 to 2001, Tobin held the position of Senior Attorney and Assistant Corporate Secretary at American Airlines, a major global airline. Tobin holds a JD in Law and a BA in American Studies and English, both from The University of Alabama.
