Carly Zinn

Carly Zinn possesses a versatile background in athletic administration and coaching, complemented by experience in business development and sales operations. From August 2010 to June 2022, Carly Zinn held multiple roles at Dickinson College, including Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Assistant Athletic Director, and Head Field Hockey Coach. Additionally, Carly Zinn served as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach during the same period. After transitioning to The Social Institute from October 2023 to November 2024, Carly Zinn took on the roles of Sales Operations and Enablement Manager and Business Development Representative. Prior experience includes a tenure as Head Field Hockey Coach and Women's Strength and Conditioning Coach at York College of Pennsylvania from June 2013 to May 2016. Carly Zinn earned a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
