Adrian Dillette

Adrian Dillette is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Cox Automotive Mobility Fleet Services since November 2019, Adrian previously held roles at Eskenazi Health as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and at Damar Services, Inc. as a Health Care Recruiter. Prior to these positions, Adrian worked at WorkOne Indy, where responsibilities included placement and training supervision and leading special projects, significantly increasing program participation and job placement rates. Adrian's early career included experience as an Assistant Manager at Taco Bell, demonstrating foundational management skills. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of South Alabama and additional training from the Walt Disney World School of Merchantainment and the World of Disney College Program.
