Christopher Johnson serves as Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright, where the practice specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial transactions, and outside general counsel matters. Prior experience includes a tenure as Non-Equity Partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, representing corporate clients in various sectors for mergers, organizational structure, equity capital, and general corporate governance. Christopher also held positions as a Senior Associate Attorney and Attorney, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, and represented financial institutions on regulatory matters while at Jones & Keller PC. As Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at NBH Bank, N.A., legal research was conducted in banking regulations and corporate governance. Christopher began legal training at Michigan State University College of Law, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from Michigan State University.
