Brittany Collins

Brittany Collins has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service industries, currently serving as the Front of House Manager at Dick's Last Resort since January 2013, after initially working as a server and bartender. Brittany was promoted to server trainer in August 2013, where responsibilities included customer satisfaction and new hire training. Additionally, Brittany held several brand ambassador roles with Perfect 10 Promotions, GMR Marketing, and Mosaic between 2017 and 2020. Previous positions include bartending at Bagger Dave's and Houlihan's Restaurants, where services focused on customer engagement and bar operations. Brittany's early career included tutoring children in challenging circumstances and serving as a sales representative. Education includes two bachelor's degrees in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
