Will Swisher

Will Swisher currently serves as Senior Vice President – Planning, Allocation & Replenishment and Merchandising Hardlines at DICK'S Sporting Goods. In this role, Will is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Company's merchandise financial plans, hardlines merchandising, and inventory allocations and replenishment across all stores.

Will joined DICK'S in 1999 and has served in various Planning, Allocation & Replenishment roles across multiple divisions. During his tenure with the Company, Will has served as Director of Allocation & Replenishment, Director of Planning, DMM of Licensed and Vice President of Planning & Allocation Replenishment. Before being named to his current role, Will was Vice President – GMM for Team Sports, Fitness & Licensed.
