Harold began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as an Air Force Officer, specializing in Communications and Computer Systems. After leaving the Air Force, they joined Raytheon as a Manager, where they successfully delivered a $3M program on schedule and within budget. Harold then moved on to work at The Mosaic Company, where they held multiple roles, including Director of IT Application Portfolio Services-Operations and Director of IT Project Services. In these positions, they led teams and collaborated with business leaders to deliver solutions and establish trusted partnerships. Harold also played a key role in successfully integrating the CF Industries Phosphates Fertilizer Business into Mosaic's IT framework. Following their time at The Mosaic Company, they joined LP Building Solutions as the Global Director of IT Applications and Center of Excellence, where they led a team of 60+ members and was responsible for delivering solutions and support to various business functions. Most recently, they joined Dickson Medical Associates as the Chief Information Officer.
