Mark Paoletta

Mark Paoletta is a Partner at Dickstein Shapiro, leading the Congressional Investigations practice since January 2007. Prior to this role, Mark served as Chief Counsel for Oversight & Investigations and Counsel for Oversight & Investigations for the Energy & Commerce Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives from April 1996 to January 2007. Mark's experience includes working as Assistant Counsel to the President at The White House from June 1990 to January 1993. Mark Paoletta earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center between 1984 and 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Duquesne University from 1980 to 1984.
