Royce Maynard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Royce served as the President of Dicon Corporation from 2003 onwards, after working as the Vice President of Operations for the same company from 1996 to 2003. Prior to their time at Dicon, Maynard worked in Commercial Sales for Standard Heating and Air Conditioning from 1991 to 1995.
Royce Maynard completed their high school education at Westside High School from 1979 to 1981. Royce then pursued further studies in construction, earning an Associates degree from Southeast Community College between 1981 and 1983. From 1988 to 1990, Royce attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
