Matt Lee is an experienced engineering professional with over 24 years in the fiber optics industry, currently serving as an Engineering Project Manager at DiCon Fiberoptics since August 2009, where responsibilities include managing product development and new product introductions. Prior roles at DiCon include Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where Matt managed production lines and qualification tests, and Module Integration Lead Engineer, focusing on design and production of integrated fiber optic and MEMS modules. Matt began their career at DiCon as a Manufacturing Engineer, developing manufacturing processes. Matt holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
