Prior to this role, Philip served as a Customer Success Partner Advisor at SAP, where participation in the Global Academy for Customer Success led to a deep understanding of business processes. Philip’s experience also includes business development at Appinio, project management at KPMG Deutschland, and operational performance analysis at DHL. With a Master of Science in Management focusing on Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, Philip combines academic excellence with diverse professional experience in the field of digital transformation and consulting.
