Yan Shen has held various roles in the field of procurement and project management. From 2010 onwards, Yan worked at DICSA, where they started as a Strategic Purchasing Coordinator and later became a Strategic Purchasing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer in the procurement area. Prior to DICSA, Yan worked as a Project Manager and Translator as a freelancer between 2008 and 2010. Before that, they worked as an Operations Project Coordinator at iTra Sourcing & Logistics from 2007 to 2008.
Yan Shen pursued their education at the Universidad Nebrija in 2014, where they completed an advanced program in business management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Beijing Foreign Studies University. At this institution, they earned a licentiate degree in international business/trade/commerce as well as another licentiate degree in Hispanic philology.
