Paul Oakley is the current Operations Manager at Dictate IT. Paul has over 10 years of experience in operations management, and has worked with companies in a variety of industries on a freelance basis to improve their processes. Recent achievements include new H&S procedures, stock control systems, new business models, P&L analysis to improve profitability and cost controls, training plans to improve the skills sets of current employees and recruitment of key staff to improve the business.

Paul Oakley has a certificate in management from Nottingham University and has also studied business administration and management at The William School in Letchworth.
