Sunil Shyam Kumar

Sunil Shyam Kumar has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sunil started their career as a Business Writing and Transcription specialist at Mentorware in 1999. Sunil then worked as a Team Lead at Transcend MT Services from 2000 to 2007, where they were responsible for ensuring quality and productivity standards were met.

In 2007, Sunil joined Nuance Transcription Services India as a FOF SWAT Trainer, mentoring apprentices. Sunil also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at MModal, where they facilitated continuous improvement and conducted quality assessments.

In 2008, Sunil became the Head of the Medical Transcription Division at Cerebra LPO India, where they set up and managed a medical transcription unit. Sunil focused on profitability and team efficiency by identifying developmental needs and meeting targets.

Sunil transitioned to a Senior Medical Secretary role at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in 2011. Sunil managed a team, oversaw department operations, and ensured administrative service level agreements were met.

In 2012, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Whittington Health, where they contributed to the smooth running of the organization until 2015.

Most recently, Sunil worked as the Managed Services Operations Manager at Dictate IT Ltd. Sunil played a critical role in implementing robust processes, training staff, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services to NHS organizations.

Sunil Shyam Kumar completed their primary and high school education at Christ University, Bangalore, from 1985 to 1997. Sunil then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University, from 1999 to 2004. Afterwards, Sunil obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Dr. C. V. Raman University, from 2009 to 2011.

Additionally, Sunil obtained two certifications: the Management Development Program on Financial Management in December 2010 and the Management Development Program on Accounts Management in November 2010. Both certifications were obtained from the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Technology Development Center (Process & Product Dev. Center) in Bangalore.
