Jhonny Nieland

Jhonny Nieland possesses extensive experience in IT support and service management, currently serving as a Senior in regie Dictu Servicedesk at DICTU since April 2014, where responsibilities include achieving service levels for communication channels, identifying trends and disruptions, and enhancing information resources for servicedesk staff. Previously, Jhonny worked as a Support Engineer at 4IT Professionals BV from September 2010 to September 2016, focusing on information management and functional administration. Additionally, Jhonny provided ICT support at Gemeente Heerenveen from September 2010 to March 2014, assisting around 400 users with various IT-related issues, workstation management, and communication regarding ongoing tasks. Jhonny is an alumnus of Noorderpoort College Winschoten, having earned an MBO degree in assistant ICT Management between 2005 and 2010.
