CX Operations Manager

Diego Gazel is an accomplished operations and customer experience management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the CX Operations Manager at DiDi since July 2022, Diego previously held the position of SPS Manager at Amazon, overseeing significant vendor support operations in North America and Mexico. Prior to Amazon, Diego worked as an Operations Manager at Uber, managing a rapidly expanding team within the Center of Excellence. Diego’s background also includes a role as General Manager at Ferreteria Fergaz, where responsibilities encompassed operational and financial oversight, and earlier positions at The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble provided foundational skills in customer service and finance. Diego holds an MBA and multiple bachelor’s degrees from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
