Zach Ihle

Zach Ihle has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Zach began their career in 2012 as a Worship Arts Director and Small Groups Coordinator at Woodlands Community Church - Homewood. Zach held these positions until 2019, gaining experience in coordinating small groups and managing worship arts.

In 2019, Zach started working at Planning Center as a Customer Experience representative, providing support and assistance to customers. Zach continued in this role until 2021, when they became a Worship Director at ITOWN Church. As a Worship Director, Zach had responsibilities in leading worship services and overseeing the worship team.

Returning to Planning Center in 2023, Zach took on the role of Support Ops and Customer Experience, showcasing their versatility in customer support and operations. Currently, they are still working in this position. Zach's work experience demonstrates their expertise in the areas of customer service, worship leadership, and operations.

Zach Ihle completed their high school education at Anna High School from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Christian Worship.
