Guy Levin

Guy Levin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and regulatory affairs across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Central External Affairs for DiDi, Levin has successfully built a team focused on public policy, data analysis, and central communications for the company's international operations. Prior to this role, Levin held significant positions at Juul Labs as Director of Regulatory Policy, leading international efforts for regulatory strategy, and at Uber as Deputy Director of Regulatory and Public Policy Manager, addressing critical issues concerning drivers and the future of work. Additional expertise includes leading a non-profit organization promoting policies for digital startups in the UK and providing strategic advice in senior advisory roles for the UK government. Levin holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge's Centre for Science and Policy.
