Henry Cheng is a legal and compliance leader with over 20 years of experience in building legal functions and managing teams, specializing in corporate, commercial, data privacy, technology, and labor law. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including as Head of Legal for DiDi and Senior Corporate Counsel at Rio Tinto, where they managed legal risks across Australia and Asia. Henry has also worked as a Senior Associate at Blake Dawson and Herbert Smith, contributing to acquisitions and joint ventures. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Western Australia.
