Sergei B.

Sergei B. is an experienced security and risk management professional with a diverse background in corporate security, operational security, and fraud prevention. Currently serving as the EECA Safety & Security Director at DiDi since July 2020, Sergei oversees multiple areas including corporate security, facilities security, information security, and crisis management. Previously, Sergei held the position of Head of Security for Russia and CIS at Lamoda Group, where responsibilities included protecting assets and conducting investigations. Additionally, Sergei worked with INTERPOL as a Security Project Manager and as a Senior Detective at the National Central Bureau, and served as an Advisor within the United Nations, addressing civilian authority re-establishment and DDR processes. Sergei's career began in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, where extensive experience was gained in investigative roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a diploma in jurisprudence from Krasnodar University of MIA of the Russian Federation.
